The University Justice Commission has organized a workshop to promote higher education and implementation. The discussion center was a combination of knowledge, practical skills, values and the need for jobs.

The workshop discusses the process of learning, teaching methods, analysis skills, and department standards. The teacher's training and regular electronic reviews are presented as a successful implementation conditions.

Universitys have been asked to create a plan in harmony with the national deserve infrastructure, while maintaining their own context.
